I’m Jennifer Charlebois Robillard, a Desjardins Insurance Agent, agency owner, entrepreneur, wife, stepmom, community supporter, and your insurance bestie.
With over 13 years of experience in the insurance industry, I’ve worked across claims, operations, client service and leadership. When I opened my insurance agency in Arnprior, Ontario, I wanted to create something different, a place where insurance feels more human, questions are always welcome, and clients know they have a real team in their corner.
My team and I help individuals, families and business owners across Arnprior, the Ottawa Valley and surrounding communities with Home Insurance, Auto Insurance, Life Insurance, Commercial Insurance and Living Benefits.
But to me, it’s about much more than policies. It’s about understanding your life, your business, what matters to you and where you’re headed, then helping make sure your protection grows with you.
As a business owner myself, I understand the hustle and responsibility that comes with building something of your own. That’s why I’m especially passionate about helping entrepreneurs and families protect what they have today and what they’re building for tomorrow.
Outside the office, I’m a coffee lover, sneaker enthusiast and big believer in supporting our local community.
My goal is simple: make insurance easier to understand, help you feel heard, and become the insurance advisor you know you can call when life changes.
